Mr. Shrinivas was born in an agrarian family in Pune, Mr. Shrinivas Pawar has always been attached to his origins and all his actions and business ventures have reflected his roots and heritage. His journey started as an Automobile Dealers and went on to lead Sharayu Group in various sectors. His immaculate leadership skills have played an integral role in helping expand the Group’s footprint.
His commitment and passion to excel has led the organization through a phase of rapid growth through which the Sharayu Automobiles have established itself as one of India’s largest and fastest-growing Automobile Dealers.
Mrs. Sharmila Pawar
Director - Sharayu Group
Mrs. Pawar is a philanthropist, businesswoman, motivator and a strong proponent of education. She is the Director & Chairperson of Sharayu Foundation, a Corporate Social Initiative by Sharayu Group.
A doting mother and a compassionate wife, Mrs. Sharmila Pawar is a pillar of strength and motivation to an efficient and dependable woman workforce at Sharayu Group.

Mr. Amarsinh Patil
Director - Sharayu Group
Mr. Amarsinh Patil is a Management Graduate with around 22 years of hands-on experience in General Management. He has successfully headed operations of the group and managed Human Resources. An effective communicator, with exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to relate to people at any level of business and management.
Under his guidance Sharayu group has expanded the footprints in various locations and diverse fields.
Mr. Yugendra Pawar

A young, dynamic and debonair Mr. Yugendra Pawar is the Gen Next to step into the rapidly growing Sharayu Group. He aspires to develop a dynamic business model that will engage his company in the fields of technology and real estate. A Finance and Insurance Graduate from North Eastern University, Boston, USA, Mr. Yugendra Pawar is a strong believer in sustaining continuous learning for himself and his team.
